Why I started Khyhealth Coaching

When I decided to make a change in my health,
I was completely lost.
All I wanted was to look good and feel confident, but nothing I was doing seemed to be working.
For over five years, I was stuck in a cycle of starting, stopping, and never maintaining lean muscle.
Eventually, I hit rock bottom. I had gained weight, my diet was terrible, and my mental health was spiralling.
Some days I didn’t leave the house because my acne was so bad, and I was so insecure in my body.
I knew something HAD to change.
I spent months researching the “perfect” diet and workout routine.
I cut carbs, ate extremely low calories, and relied on ultra-processed foods.
I lost muscle, had no energy for soccer training or the gym, and eventually even lost my period.
That’s when I realised this wasn’t the path to real health.
I was "doing everything right", but NO, I really wasn't.
I was listening to advice from male bodybuilders on how to get lean.
No wonder I lost my period and looked skinny fat!
I began research on women's health, and I started to feel like myself again.
Instead of restriction, I focused on whole foods and removed highly processed ingredients and seed oils from my diet as best as I could.
My energy returned, the inflammation in my body reduced, and I started building muscle again.
I brought a lot more carbs into my diet, and finally came the ABS!
After 4 years of studying female health, holistic nutrition, and female-supported workouts, I am able to help thousands of other women have a better relationship with food and their bodies.
My purpose is to bring confidence to all women.
